The Sea Spoke

14 September 2016

We drove down South near my university and spent the day listening to the earth.

Looking back at these photos two months after this spontaneous (yet thoroughly planned on my part) road trip in the midst of checking off my daunting to-do list, I’m thoroughly missing the salt scented breezes and gentle crashing of waves. We drove down South near my university (which, for some reason, is considered a trek and a road trip for others) and spent the day listening to the earth. Funnily enough, the more I try to rekindle my memories of this day, the more detached it all feels in light of how presently chaotic everything is. I’m impatiently waiting for summer coastal walks, which will be here in a few months’ time. But first, back to the books.
